Letter of zaa and seen
These are among the letters of the winds, and they are Zāʾ(ز) and Sīn (س). Their operation is for sending forth [or directing] the wind toward any place you wish it to go, such as a mountain, hill, city, tree, ship, or anything else you desire the wind to reach.
They have a Qasm and Zajr
Know that this Qasam greatly distresses the spirits, because through it there arises a great wind that uproots whatever place you wish, whether a mountain containing treasure or a city whose inhabitants are unrighteous.
If you wish to send the wind toward any place, fast for three days for God Most High. If you have previously fasted, that will suffice. You should be ritually pure and perfumed.
Take four piece of yānīn and write a circle on each piece. Then place each of them in the direction toward which you wish to send the wind.
If the place is far from you, imagine it in the sand, arrange [the pieces] at your four sides, sit in the middle, and recite the Qasam seven times. If you find that a whirlwind (zawbaʿa) has arisen from the middle of the place, cover your ears and blink your eyes seven times. Then open your eyes, and you will find that the place has been uprooted.
If the place is far away, then when the whirlwind appears, entrust it with whatever you wish, and it will go forth to it. This has been tested and proven.
And this is its circle:

The incense that will be used is Oudn Qimari, hazelnut, seed of maḥlab, Maqasiri sandalwood, aṣab al-dharīra, and male frankincense (lubān dhakar), in equal portions by weight. Pound them together and knead them with liquid storax (mayʿa sāʾila), forming them into pieces the size of hazelnuts. Dry them in the shade until needed.
And this is the Noble Oath (al-Qasam al-Sharif):
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Praise be to God, who, in His wrath, subjected the barren wind to the people of Hūd and made them a lesson and an admonition for those who came after them. Glory be to Him whom the thunder glorifies with His praise, before whose majesty the winds prostrate themselves, and through the recitation of whose names all things are subjected.
Therefore, those who continually recite His names attain power and majesty. He is the One who singled out those devoted to His remembrance and response, clothing them in the garment of awe and majesty, and purifying them from doubt and obsessive whisperings.
He is the Living, the Eternal, the Ancient, the First, from whose Light Mount Sinai was crushed. There is neither description nor comparison for His Light. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing, the Powerful, exalted above partner and minister.
He created all things according to His prior knowledge of them, from races and species;
The All-Powerful, the Almighty, the Exalted in the glory of His might, the Ordainer of lifespans and appointed times, the Originator of things from nonexistence, the Possessor of power and dominion, the Lord of glory and might, the Strong One whose authority cannot be overcome and whose decree cannot be rejected. There is no god but He, Lord of the Kaʿba and of mankind.
By Him, I adjure you, O Whirlwind (Zawbaʿa), you and your servants of the air, and your soldiers, the lords of the winds and tremors, who are endowed with great strength and power. They are: Saydūk, Jīrūk, Daynahash, Bīrqān, Abū Jaʿda, master of fire, al-Jallāb, and the great Shaykh Farʿahīd, renowned for his strength.
And likewise Landa, Dāʿis—respond, all of you! You, your aides, your soldiers, your troops, your children, and all those who follow you. Uproot this place, by the Lord, the Worshipped, the Forbearing, the Loving, who sees and is not seen, who observes all things through His power; before Him the night became dark, through it the day appeared, through it the living were made to die, and through it the dead were brought to life. By it they shall be resurrected for the Balance and the Reckoning.
By the Name which, when placed upon the earth, caused the earth to split and when placed upon the sky, it split apart; and upon the mountains, they crumbled; and upon the seas, they surged and foamed and seethed; and upon the jinn and the devils, their hearts trembled, and they surged forth and became between Sāʿ and Dawwās.
Respond to me, by the honor of Halṭaf, Salṭīʿ, Ashmāṭūn, Aṭūn, Ishtihān, Shuyūn! O One! O Unique! O Singular! O Almighty! O Compeller! Everything is subject to you.
O Whirlwind (Zawbaʿa), you and your servants of the air! Uproot this place, such-and-such, and inform me of everything concealed within it, by Hola, Fabyūt, Jalla Jalyūt, Mashkīyūh, Bāhūt, Lāhūt, Shalhūt, Shalmahūt.
Hurry, O Whirlwind! You, your aides, your soldiers, your servants of the air—come forth and do what you have been commanded at this very hour, obedient and submissive to God, Lord of the Worlds, Lord of the Kaʿba and of mankind, by the Name through which, when our God manifested Himself upon the raging sea, it surged and foamed and seethed.
Hurry! Do [it] at this very hour, before “We efface faces and turn them backward, or curse them as We cursed the people of the Sabbath and the command of God is ever accomplished.” Hurry! Do [it] at this very hour.
And this is the Noble Rebuke (al-Jajr al-Sharif):
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
I call upon you by God with force and compulsion; whoever forgets my call has brought destruction upon himself.
The lights have appeared from every direction, and you have given refuge to the sinners and the unjust.
Yāl, Yāh—what majesty!
You are exalted above every mighty one, and you are the one who subdues the horsemen.
Bahalhuyūh, Shamkhalūsh, Qayṭārash surrounds you in the morning and does not forget.
Bakahash, Balāhūsh, Bayūqash—be present!
Through fear of my Lord, the mountain stands firmly anchored.
Bahal, Hayūl, Ahalyūl, Bahlish!
The fire of my rebuke shall remain throughout the day and night.
Bahrash, Baṭrash! Slowness is of no benefit;
there is no benefit in delay, except its opposite.
Here is my call—carry it out today, at this very hour.
Before the light of my rebuke, the sun and moon appear dim.
Whoever desires salvation, let him come here running—the first arrival gets such reward which can not be forgotten.
To Cause Illness
If you wish for someone to fall ill, write down the names of Four Elders on an egg, pierce it and take out whatever is inside. Put verminous meat in it and seal it closed with wax or dough. Bury it in abandoned grave while sitting and reciting al-Dawah seven times and speak the name of your victim. He will surely fall ill and will die.
Dua-e-Saba’sab
This is the Dua-e-Saba’sab, extracted from all other sciences. It is a guidance of the righteous and a gift from the sustainer of the universes. This supplication (Dua) is like a bright light and a shiny sword sharper than steel, extracted from all sciences; everyone who intends it will achieve goodness, and be powerful, secure and honored throughout his life. He does not need anyone from God’s creatures. Only this supplication completes you. You won’t need any other supplication. You will get the answers from these four chieftains of a sect of Banu Ghaylan, Maazar, Taikal, Kamtam, Qasaurah (peace be upon them), whenever you call them with this supplication. They rule all over the world. If God reveals your insight [when you read it], you will see their servants biting their cheeks, groveling in submission before the Four Heads in fear….
Calling the Quareen
This chapter concerns revealing a consort (lookalike) and asking him whatever you wish. The method of this work (ʿamal) is as follows: write the following names on the palm of the person who is present at that time, whether child or adult, male or female.
Then begin the conjuration (ʿazīmat) with him until he sets his palm properly. Ask him to separate his fingers and place his palm upon his head. When this is done, tell him to place his fingers upon his body and then strike his palm upon the earth. After all of this is done, ask him whatever you wish.
This is what you are to write:
Bashalash
Shaloush
Respond, O Memoon Aba Nook
Set your palm, separate your fingers, and do as you are commanded, and he will begin speaking passionately….
